How Do I
Make Attention Grabbing Covers?
There are several ways to
make covers for your ebooks, reports, CDs, DVDs, or any digital
product. As you know, a physical manifestation of a digital
product is key to selling your product. Your customers want to
see a quality graphic that gives them the confidence to buy.
You can approach this task
from a variety avenues. You can do it yourself, purchase
software to generate the design, or hire someone to design it
for you.
Free software:
Design on PhotoShop:
You can design your covers on Photoshop. I have seen a couple
of products for sale that show you how to design covers on
Photoshop. (However, I would recommend that you save that money
and invest in the next option I discuss.)
E-Cover Software: I
tried the free software. It is very limited in templates and in
placement of the text. I then asked my daughter to use
Photoshop to design my covers. She did a good job but it was a
lot of work. I bought e-Cover software for her and she loved
it! She had her first cover out in under 20 minutes! (It was
nicer looking that the Photoshop ones!) Check out this software

The purpose
of this site is to help you utilize a variety of technical
services that will increase your revenues. For example, adding
audio to web site has a proven track record of increasing
conversions. (For more information, read my

You can add
video to your web site to help with branding and building
trust with your visitors. (You need to be careful how
you implement video otherwise visitors won't stay if the download is
too long.)
Another great way
maximizing your exposure is through selling a few of your
products/services through online auctions. (You need to
understand the rules or your auction will be shut down.) We can

Have you considered
teleseminars? It is a great way to brand your expertise or
highlight the benefits of your products.
If you need to show someone 'how'
to use your product, there are several ways to provide video
tutorials. Another option is to set up a webinar to teach
several clients in an interactive forum.
